HAIR HOUSE membership
The Hair House Club is a one time subscription for year 2026. This arrangement will guarantee each club member 12 monthly reoccurring appointments from January 2026- December 2026. Throughout the length of the membership, each club member will also receive discounted prices on merchandise, products, and Hair House events.
Club Membership Fee $100
Membership appointments will take place the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of every month.
When purchasing the Hair House Club, the client acknowledges that the terms and conditions of said membership is recognized as a binding contract between the client and Kay’s Hair House (Kay). Hair House Membership rights and benefits are to commence when a member has electronically signed the form of the terms and conditions and has purchased a membership.

All members must have a valid Credit/Debit card saved on file.
Payment Options: Credit/Debit Card, Venmo or ApplePay.
Each member will generally be given a 15minute grace period, after that time your appointment will be cancelled.
Same day cancellation, a $50 fee will be charged. This includes appointments exceeding the 15 minute grace period.
No Call/ No Show appointments will be charged the full amount of service. No Call/No Show appointments will result in discontinuance of membership.
Members agree to allow the Hair House to communicate via email, call or text. The Hair House may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, membership changes, altered policies, special offers, promotions, or other matters the Hair House believes may be of interest to Club Member.
It is the responsibility of the Member to update the Hair House of any changes to billing information, as well as contact information.
Although memberships can be cancelled, an early cancellation fee will apply if contract is broken prior to expiration. Early cancellation fee $45.
Unused services expire at the end of each month; they do not roll over.
Hair House Club memberships are non-transferable.
Refusal to pay any additional fees or charges, membership will be canceled and you will be unable to book future services.
Once selected, appointment date/time cannot be changed.
Beginning January 2026, prices and services are subject to change.
I grant Kay’s Hair House the permission to use my child’s photographs for marketing and advertising purposes.
